Presentation Training Course
Presentation Training is fundamental to winning new business pitches. Or perhaps you want to address a regulator, IPO investors or present phase three clinical and pharmaceutical trials results. Even the best pitch presentations won’t cut it if your delivery falls short. That’s why Presentation Skills Training is a very valuable asset to any business. While some people are blessed with natural presenting skills, others may require practice and coaching. Our Presentation Training can be adapted to enhance the performance of a CEO wanting to improve their ‘town hall’ style to a Junior Executive. We provide international Presentation Training with key hubs in the UK, Manchester, London, Switzerland, Basle, Zurich, Italy and Spain. Presentation Training via video conferencing such as Zoom is available.

Presentation Training Course FAQs
What exactly do you teach in presentation training?
Our presentation training focuses on delivering clear, confident, and engaging presentations. We teach participants how to structure their content effectively, use memorable storytelling techniques, and present with impact. We also cover voice control, body language, and handling nerves, ensuring you connect with your audience while maintaining credibility.
How long does presentation training take?
We offer two formats: 4 hours of in-person presentation training or 4 hours of online training split into two 2-hour sessions. This structure works well for 1–3 participants. For larger groups, longer sessions or additional training is recommended to allow everyone enough time for individual practice and feedback.
Where does the training take place?
Our in-person presentation training is typically held at our client’s premises. We require a room with enough space for all participants and a screen for presentation practice. If you don’t have a suitable space, we can arrange a meeting room for an additional cost.
Do you have a studio for presentation training?
Yes! If you’d like to train in a professional setting with stage lighting and recording equipment, we can arrange a studio space. This is an excellent option for teams who want to practice delivering high-stakes presentations in a realistic environment.
I’m nervous about presenting. How do you make sure I won’t feel embarrassed?
Feeling nervous is completely normal! Our trainers are skilled at creating a supportive and friendly environment. By the end of the session, most participants tell us they feel much more confident and even enjoy presenting. We focus on building skills and self-assurance—not criticism.
Do you record and playback practice presentations?
Yes, absolutely. Recording and reviewing presentations is a crucial part of the learning process. For in-person training, we bring a professional camera to record and analyze your performance. For online sessions, we use smart software to record and instantly play back your presentations via Zoom or Teams.
Is presentation training only for public speaking?
Not at all! Our training is useful for various scenarios, including team meetings, client pitches, conference speeches, and investor presentations. Whether you’re presenting to a small group or a large audience, we tailor the training to suit your specific needs.
How experienced are your presentation trainers?
Our trainers have extensive backgrounds in public speaking, media, and corporate communication. Lindsay Williams, Eric Dixon, and Marian Hens have decades of experience coaching executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Catherine Cross worked at the BBC and later specialized in high-stakes corporate presentations and crisis communication. You’ll be learning from experts with real-world experience in delivering impactful presentations.
Is one presentation training session enough?
It depends on your goals. If you’re preparing for a one-off presentation, a single session may be sufficient. However, if you’re looking to develop long-term presentation skills or prepare for high-stakes public speaking, additional sessions may be beneficial. We recommend starting with one session and adding more if needed.
Can you provide large group training?
Yes! We have designed and delivered many larger training events. However, we would need to discuss with you exactly what kind of training is required, what the objective is, and how much budget is available to deliver a high-impact, interactive session. We aim to ensure all participants get value from the training, even in a large group setting.
How do you help participants remember what they’ve learned?
After each session, we provide personalized coaching notes, a copy of the presentation slides, and a detailed handout with key concepts. We can also share digital recordings of practice presentations so you can review and refine your delivery.
Presentation Training Testimonials
The Presentation Training was very practical and one of the most useful sessions I have attended. Great guidance given in a safe environment which will make me change my approach to presentations, to preparation and delivery, in the future.
The Presentation coaching session was invaluable and equipped me for my first major public event. The feedback I’ve received from my colleagues is positive as to how I came across – so clearly Evelyn’s messages entered my brain … and stuck!
